What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your order for a special occasion.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Jewellerybox pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
