We want you to love your new Jewellerybox pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and include the completed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
